Absolutely, Horrible experience, First off, if you are using cash, you should be offered the same options as a credit card as to how much you want to put on the card. I put $20 in for a $5 wash, The attendant was busy on her cell phone another person washing had to explain to me how to use the computer, i had to bang on the window to have her come out.
They do have a sign that said No Refunds, there needs t o be more information posted when using cash, When i went to use the dryer the attendant told me i had to use the card over and over to get the desired time. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor will i ever go back. Now i'm stuck with a useless $13. card..
