We love the community that we chose to build in! There were a few bumps during the process, but all of our concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The construction manager touched based with us every week or every other week. That was nice to ensure that we were aware of the home progress. We really liked that fact that we could go into the home on the weekends and see the progress as it happened! Since it is winter they will be coming back out in the spring to seed the lawn. It is nice that they are not just leaving us hanging. We also like the home warranty that is provided.
